Polytechniek offers its customers excellent service and accessibility by means of a 24-hour service department. Our company has a 24-hour service department 7 days a week, which is answered outside office hours by a service coordinator.

We are committed to a good relationship with our customers. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with us. We hope that you will let us know so that we can do something about it.

Polytechniek is an NVKL member and distinguishes itself through honest, socially responsible behavior. This code of conduct is heartfelt for every NVKL member and is a clear guideline for every day.

Compliments / Complaints
Compliments to or complaints about the conduct of our organization or the persons working for us can be addressed in writing to the management of Polytechniek, messages via our or via our e-mail [email protected]

Our director Sjon de Lange will personally handle the complaint and let you know within what period you can expect a response.
