Polytechniek Customer Service

Polytechniek offers its customers excellent service and accessibility through a 24 hours, 7 days a week available service department , which outside office hours is answered by a service coordinator.
We are committed to a good relationship with our customers. Yet it may happen that you are not satisfied with us. We hope that you let us know, so we can do something about it.
If you have a compliment or complaint, please tell us. This can be done verbally through our reception +31 228-54 54 54, or in writing, stating "Compliment or Complaint" on the board or via reactie@polytechniek.nl.  Our managing director Sjon de Lange personally will take the complaint into consideration. He will let you know within what period you can expect a response.
Also if you have any complaints about the conduct of our organization or persons working with us, we ask you to report this complaint as above mentioned.
