Polytechniek offers its customers excellent service and accessibility through a 24 hours, 7 days a week available service department , which outside office hours is answered by a service coordinator.

If you have a compliment or complaint, please tell us. This can be done verbally through our reception +31 228-54 54 54, or in writing, stating "Compliment or Complaint" on the board or via firstname.lastname@example.org. Our managing director Sjon de Lange personally will take the complaint into consideration. He will let you know within what period you can expect a response.
Also if you have any complaints about the conduct of our organization or persons working with us, we ask you to report this complaint as above mentioned.
