Polytechniek BV considers it important to attract young, enthusiastic and qualified talent within the company. That is why we often work together with various practical centers so that learning and working can be combined. You can work with us in installation technology, refrigeration technology or electrical engineering. During your training, theory and practice alternate, which ensures a broad experience.

Where you will work

Polytechniek BV is an international installation company based in Hem. We realize technical installations in the agricultural sector, industry and utility. We work for flower bulb and seed companies, chicory nurseries, town halls and the food industry. The majority of our customers are located in North Holland, so you are always working nearby. An adventure abroad is also possible! Polytechniek is active in 23 other countries where you can work on great projects. The work is very varied and no day is the same. We offer our employees many training opportunities, a pleasant working atmosphere, an active staff association and good facilities.

Your work

As an apprentice mechanic you go along with a mechanic to various projects. He/she will teach you things in practice, appropriate to your education and field of expertise. Together we make a combination between what you want to learn and what is suggested from the training.
